Scratchy has a walking animation, it’s just not very well done since it only has two frames. That’s probably because it’s much older than the other mascots. I support adding a 4-frame walk cycle for all the mascots that don’t already have one, and fixing some of the existing ones (Giga gets bigger on her last frame for some reason, for example).
